Project cars are notorious for missing titles. In Florida, if the vehicle is 10+ model years old and you're the registered owner with no liens, you can often sell with a bill of sale, registration, and ID. If it's newer, you'll need the title, or a duplicate via Form HSMV 82101.

Rolling or Not

If it rolls — even on four mismatched wheels — a flatbed can usually take it from a driveway. If it doesn't roll, tell us so we bring a winch. Neither is a problem; we just want to send the right truck.
