Service Description

Super Fast Junk Cars purchases end-of-life, damaged, non-running, and otherwise unwanted vehicles from residents of Florida. We provide free towing and pay cash on the spot at the time of pickup.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or via text are firm offers valid for 7 days from the date of issue. The final price paid may be reduced if the actual condition of the vehicle differs materially from what was described (e.g., missing engine, missing catalytic converter, missing wheels).

Title & Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or have proper authority to sell it). You agree to sign the title or Bill of Sale at the time of pickup.

Pickup & Payment

Payment is made at the time of pickup, in cash or company check (or via Zelle/Venmo for contactless pickups). Once payment is made and the title is signed, ownership transfers to us and the transaction is final.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before the driver arrives, at no cost.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the quoted purchase price of the vehicle.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
